Cancellation Policy 

Right of cancellation for consumers (applies EU-wide). 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Tickets are excluded from the right of cancellation. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned. 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by telephone, letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can submit your withdrawal informally or use the model withdrawal form, which is not obligatory. If you use the latter option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Consequences of withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods in any case; the €40 clause no longer applies since June 2014. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
